The Ranua Wildlife Park is closed for visitors starting from Saturday 21st March 2020

The Ranua Wildlife Park, Gulo Gulo holiday village, Arctic Fox Igloos, Café White Swan, Wild Arctic Restaurant and Ranua Zoo Camping are being closed for visitors until 31st May 2020, due to the coronavirus outbreak in Europe.

The main priority for Ranua Zoo is to take care of our animals in all situations, including unexpected ones. There are currently no confirmed Coronavirus (Covid-19) cases in Ranua, but Finland is classified as a part of the epidemic area and the government has declared a state of emergency in response to the virus. We are monitoring the situation and official information as they develop.

Our goal is to open the Ranua Wildlife Park for visitors on 1st June 2020. You are most welcome to visit us then.
